Once you reach a softcap limit, most service providers will shape your service in order to limit your usage of data. We would never do that, and in fact we consider it a breach of your human rights.

A high contention ratio will result in peak hour congestion, and a significant drop in speed on your line. Whilst most of our competitors are using contention ratios of between 10:1 or even as high as 30:1, Syntix guarantee’s a contention ratio of 4:1 and a great user experience.

VOIP refers to Voice Over IP calls. It is a method of using data to make voice calls. It is a fixed line, with a fixed phone number. VOIP installations can scale, able to support the smallest user who only needs one handset to office buildings with hundreds of users and handsets. Installing VOIP phones reduces voice call costs dramatically, without compromising quality of calls.
